About the Street Fest
The Celestine Street Fest is an event that is free with activities for everyone of all ages. The Street Fest is held annually to raise money for the needs of the Celestine Community & Celestine’s Charitable Organizations. The Street Fest is known for its exciting and fun events, a variety of food, good music, and for its ability of bringing friends, family, and the community together.
Activities/Main Events
Car + Offroad Show: 8 am, Celestine Park (registration is from 8-12 pm, Awards at 2:30 pm)
Tractor Show: 8 am to 8 pm, Hwy 164 in front of the church
5K Run/Walk: 8:30 am, Happy Hour Building (registration begins at 7:45 am)
Kickball Tournament: 9 am, Celestine Soccer Fields
Pedal Tractor Pull: 11 am to 1:30 pm, St. Celestine Mutual Fire Insurance Family Tent (Kids Pedal Tractor Pull sign up at 10:30 am)
Food Stand Opens: 11 am
The Clogging Clovers: 11 am, St. Celestine Mutual Fire Insurance Family Tent
Boy Scout Troop 170 Flag Ceremony: 12 pm, Celestine Park
Sheephead Tourney: 12 pm, West Tent (sign up is at 11:30, West Tent)
Dubois Library Activities: 12-2 pm (includes crafts, prize wheel, games, & more)
Kids Zone: 12-6 pm (includes free games, sidewalk chalk art, big wheels track, and more)
German Beer Garden Opens: 12 pm
Mighty Machines: 1-3 pm, Cemetery Area
Balloons of Faith by Amy Sisk: 1-5 pm, Kids Zone Area
St. Isidore Quilt Show: 4-7 pm, lower level of Parish Center
Catholic Mass: 4 pm, St. Celestine Church
Chicken & Rib Dinners: 4:30 pm
Fire Department Fire Truck Pull: 5 to 6:30 pm, Main Stage
Celestine Park’s Distinguished Service Award Ceremony: 7 pm, Main Stage
Entertainment
Dirty Deeds, The Extreme AC/DC Tribute Band: 8:30 to 10:30 pm, Main Stage
Boogie Tunes Entertainment: 10:30 pm to 12 am
Additional Info
All Events (including the Beer Garden) are Free to Attend
Parking will be all around the community and hillsides
West of the Church’s parking has availability for the handicapped and elderly
Most of the events and food/drink can be found in the flat east parking lot between the church and the fire station
